Well was looking through pictures in my phone and found some new ones, so here goes.

Few weeks back i was down at design, disturbing them as usual...
Then one of them pass me this phone and told me to 'play' with it instead
It was the new phone that was gonna be launch some (now launched already la...)

The functions are so cool! Especially the camera!

Then there was this other 'toy' too, another new product!

A digital photo frame!

Damn Super Cool la!!! Look carefully at the right hand side, notice that in one pic there's white lighted buttons then in another there isn't. That's like motion sensitive. It only lights up when you run your fingers through it!
So fun! I want a digital frame too!!

Then finally....
On Friday, i was doing my quotation and look the longest time figuring out D's handwriting!
This was the classic of the day!
Try guessing what this word is first



Ok...
Here's how the story goes.....
Totally unable to figure it out, i ask the other girls if they had any idea what word it was.
The suggestions were 'empty', 'cupboard', and some others i forget
Anyway, when all else fails, ask the person that wrote it!!
So i went down to ask D.
He proudly said: 'Can't you tell... it's Surface!'
Huh.... how in the world does that look like Surface!!??
So he flip to the front and point at another word that looked more like 'surface'

(it reads "solid surface top" in this one)
and said:
' if you can't tell then you take the 2 and compare la... look the same right!'


I just stared at him speechless and burst out laughing!
How does it look remotely the same??? I don't understand but it was so funny i just had to share with the whole office!

Someone pls tell me how does this 2 look the same!?
Hmm...
Oh well, at least we all had a good laugh together!

All the Beauty in this world and not enough time to enjoy it.

Last night was madness!!
Was actually planning to go for training...
then last min got called by boss to go out for drinks.
I already rejected him a few times before, so i thought it wouldn't be so nice to do it again right.
And anyway, i need some way to unwind too...
So off to Ice Cold Beer for a crazy night of drinking!!
Drinks with them is like a constant free flow... Before you can finish one, your next drink is waiting for you already!
Everyone was in a good mood (for obvious reasons) and conversation just flowed.
It was hard to even stop drinking for a while coz there was a 'cheers' like... err... every 2 mins!!
Wah lao... Everything also can cheers lor!
Even my arms ached from the constant lifting up of my glass.... Heavy k!! and damn tiring la...
Amidst all the madness... It was a fruitful night.
(seriously need to brush up on my drinking or at least my fake drinking... oh my poor liver!!)

Updating in the office have resulted in many picture-less posts.
But i really don't even wanna switch on my lappie when i'm home.
Life is going into this semi routine. Don't know if it's a good thing or not... But now i'm just looking forward to all the after hours activities just to keep me sane through out the day.

Well... back to work...

Work is getting busy busy!!
Tying up loose ends for someone...
Although it's not my contacts... and technically i was 'fed' all this work.
I'm enjoying the learning process. (yes... i'm actually starting to like this...)
Thank God for good colleagues!! If not i will be lost in la-la land right now.

Handling my first major project right now (at least to me it's quite major la)
I really hope that this will open more doors for me.
I need to be this well! Even not for my sake... for the ppl that actually believe that i can do this whole work thing...

How wonderful... Today i'm wearing sleeveless without a jacket and it decided to rain!
No help that 3rd floor is so cold now with the new air-con and 2nd floor is freezing like it's winter!!
I'm left with only my shawl to keep me warm today!
Damn! Just realise... How am i going out for lunch!!?? Ahh.... i need my break! I cannot function without my break! And i wanted to eat roti prata today =(

Ok... Back to work.... Waiting for supplier to call

It's late... I need to sleep.... Teaching tomorrow...
But i need to just note this down.

Did my first presentation. Totally not what i expected.
I was more stress by the fact that it was my Director that was following me!!
But it all turn out great! Had fun!
I hope i will have good news to share soon.

It was another busy day! And i'm seriously enjoying it! (again i bet i wouldn't be saying this soon after)
Another day of learning new stuff (work and non work related...)
Talking more to the colleagues....
And basically taking it all in.

The day was had better when we all synchronised and switch off at 5.55 and got ready to disappear outta office once the hand hit 6!
Dinner and shopping with the girls was fantastic!!
Food was yummy!
Shopping was great as always (spent a bomb but very happy with my buys! I got my convo outfit!! Yes i know it's a little early but i couldn't help it. I love it to bits!)
Gossip with the girls was informative and very entertaining!

Today is a good day!

Things are picking up.
I'm suddenly learning all i have to in one day.
Understanding how different people work....
And how some things you don't need to listen to.

It's so weird that I don't know who i should be listening to
Office politics is crazy especially when it's so subtle and on the surface everyone is so goodie goodie and happily working together but you know that underneath it all it's not really like that.
Then who do you trust!!??

Time is flying...
I'm enjoying the stress
But i don't think i'll be saying that a while later on....
Call me weird but right now i'm busking in it.

I'm kindda looking forward to tmr and all that it brings....
But it's also scary all at the same time
I hope i'll have time to update.
Although i wonder who is actually reading my crap rumbling....

Then there are certain things can turn your life upside down
Sometimes maybe it's better not to know stuff
But it has a weird way of letting you find out about it.
Then you can't help but let it affect you.

I'm annoyed that i'm irritated....

Things just became freaky....
It happened so suddenly... No one suspected... No one expected... Everyone shocked!!
I suddenly have work to do, although i'm super clueless about anything.
Everyone is helpful with advice but nothing constructive...
I'm trying my best to pick up... But it's not easy...

This morning whisked by...
Yup... you heard right... and this is the first but certainly not the last time you'll hear me say that... I'm thankful for the new workload, simply cause time pass faster and it's actually constructive work... but still... I'm more Clueless then Cher!!

Paper staring at me... I stare back... We look clueless-ly into each other's 'eyes'

I got myself a desktop pet!! I wish i can show it... but i forgotten how to save screen... Anyway... the most entertaining one seem to be this sheep...
