Thanks so much for all your prayers these past few days!

The little boy's condition is improving.
The doctors took him off sedation but he has yet to wake up.
Please please continue with your prayers.
This weekend is the most critical!
The most worrying now is that we still have no idea how his brain is functioning.
We're praying for a response from him. And that his brain scan on Monday will be positive.

It's been a whole week!!
And there's still no progress...
But we should be glad that there's no deterioration either right...

Medically – The doctors are not optimistic

Spiritually – We are praying for a miracle

Pls don’t stop praying. We need it more then ever now!

We need to pray for that miracle, that he’s family will be strong for him, that he will be able to feel our love and that his condition will improve

I'm reaching to the (5 ppl) that is still reading...
Pls help me pray for my 3yo little friend. He is not doing well and is still in critical condition.
I'm pleading to anyone who's reading this, pls pls pls pray for this little boy. Pray that his family will be strong for him and that he will be a strong brave boy and fight as hard as he possibly can! That everything will be ok againand he will come back to us soon.

They say that God allows everything to happen for a reason. I may not understand His reasons for doing this. But He say to put our trust in Him. I will! And I will also trust that He will deliever him from any harm.

CPR

I remember, many years ago when i was just learning CPR someone asked me:
"Would you dare do CPR on random person that collapse in front of you?

Without hesitation, I replied:
"No way!"

Then the person ask:
"How abt if the person is someone you know or your loved one?"

I answered:
"Maybe..."

The person asked again:
"What happen if the person puked? Will you still perform CPR?"

At that point... My mind was screaming
"No way i'm gonna even touch that person... loved one or not!!"

Very selfish huh!?
But that was exactly what i thought. To me, CPR was something that i had to learn... No choice because it was required... I was never going to actually perform it! Ever....
And so many years on, i've practise CPR countless times... I know the drill inside out! And still i held the same thought, that nothing is gonna make me perform it for real!

Well....

Not until today....

Because today... I can safely tell you...

"Puke and all..I WILL perform CPR!"

And let me tell you... You can practise 1000 times and knwo it like that back of your hand.... But when it comes to real life... ALL that practise is rubbish...

Oh Lord! Please keep him safe and deliver him from harm.

After talking to some friends... They made me realise i should make a correction to the very bold statement i made above.

"Puke and all... I WILL perform CPR on children and ppl i love only...."
(The rest is still a BIG maybe...)

Yes yes... call be shallow and unfeeling and selfish... But honestly... will YOU perform CPR on just any random person?
(Anyone!!?? Think super hard before answering...)

Food to Avoid

To find a sensible balance to diet

1. Avoid processed food
2. Limit alcohol
3. Avoid fried food
4. Avoid eating carbohydrates at night

Nothing new here... We definitely heard all these before.
But this time... I am determine to put these words into action!

The transformation of Valentines’ day over the years… and the new names people come up with! Somehow, you just got to see the humour in it.

Hope you’re valentines’ was filled with sweets and flowers!

Mine wasn’t… but I had fun nonetheless… it’s always nice to be cooked for and served!! haha

On a separate note…

This is one movie that I’m willing to pay to watch!

I know that whole bollywood thing ay be kind of a put off… But this show has none of that (well… maybe expect when the credits rolled) The story line simple and predictable. But the way that it was present and the meaning it held… Wow!

Really enjoyed this show…

No questions how it achieved all those awards! Seriously well deserved!
