Have you very been in a situation where you're waiting for the lift or at a traffic light. And along comes this person that will press the already lit button. Then will continue to keep gabbing it as if it'll make the lift reach any faster!

They will not subtly press it. They will gab it so hard as if they wanna push the button permanently into the wall! All the time, grumbling under their breath how slow the lift is moving!

I met one of those today...
Personally i like the lifts at shaw. I think compared to a lot of other lifts, it moves really fast. And there's never a need to wait too long.
While waiting for all of 5 secs today, this Indian man - complete with a moustache and all (there's nothing to do with race here... i'm merely stating it to emphasis the intimidating factor) came along and started gabbing the button that i've already press. He started grumbling at once at how slow the lift was taking, all the time still gabbing those buttons. He looked a little pissed off and impatient, so i didn't dare look at him. But he kept turning to me and complaining. Maybe hoping that i will response?
When the lift came, he hurried in...
At this point, i got a little paranoid... My mind raced... "what floor is he going too? if i press a floor lower then his will he glare at me... what happen if he started grumbling at me!?" (i thought of all this in a space of 2secs!)
So i let him press the numbers first. Thanks goodness he was going to 6 and i was going to 7. I really sigh a breath of relieve! (seriously!)
In that 5 sec journey, he never stopped gabbing the "6" button. He turn to mumble something to me, but i couldn't hear. I was so scare that he'll try something funny, i just stood in the corner and looked at the floor.
Thank goodness the lift was fast! He got out at 6. And i could finally relax...

It was a damn weird lift ride...
I really can't stand it when ppl get so impatient like this....
Gabbing the button will not make the lift come any faster!
If you're that much in a rush....

Take the stairs!
