Finally a bit of a free time for an update with pictures!
Last Sunday was Mummy's Day!
We decided to have dinner together on Sat instead.
The usual "Where to eat??" "You decide la!" conversation in the car
And outta the blue, I just said Dempsey!
Actually i wanted seafood...
But Mum wanted to try something different
So we checked out this whole row of restaurants.
There was Jap (looks normal), Italian (didn't feel like it), and this Northern Indian place.

We haven't had good Indian food since Dad's birthday. So we decided to give this place a try.

Place: Vintage India
The service was excellent from the moment we stepped in.
The staff was gracious and polite (most will agree it's not something very common)
The ambiance was lovely!
Looks really grand yet still comfortable enough
The table setting was really pretty.
Dim lights but not too dark (for pictures!)
And they gave me one of those pretty flowers to put in my hair.


We ordered and waited...

And the foodie arrived!
Yay!

Sherm said that the portions looked small...
But you'll be amazed how much can the stuffed into that little bowl!

It was all yummy yummy!!
We all really enjoyed our meal very much!

And of cause we never say no to....

B&J!!! We like....
(new month so dad got his treat too!)

"Latest Trend"
Studying over at my place...
The guys came over the other day and we just "conquered" half the room!
The good thing about studying all together is that there's always company nearby
And these guys are an awesome source of entertainment!
All mugging hard and someone will suddenly crack a joke...
The guys and their super prompt (hourly) smoke break
(i'm fine with it as long it's far far away form me)
And of cause Melvin's ever entertaining lappie!
There's the instant arcade
And "movie central" (although i don't really wanna know what they're watching...)
I mean what can keep 4 (one hidden) grown guys all glued to the screen like this??

Today is always the First of the Last
It is also my most xiong-est day!
Bright and early i was there,

i don't like to squeeze with others so i rather go early and get mentally prepared.

I wasn't late but still decided to cab down.
It's damn draining to squeeze with the morning crowd k.
And today is not a day to tire myself out like this...
And guess how much my crazy cab fare was!?

Bloody $22!!

Madness la....

Morning surcharge cost more then taking cab to airport at a off peak timing la....
Anyway....

ME paper was okie. I did what i know. Didn't wanna dwell on it too much. There was still ICP to worry about. (told you it's my xiong-est day!)

Had onion rings for lunch... Couldn't really eat...
Then Melvin came early bearing a wonderful gift!

Red Bull gives you wings!

I could do with any form of energy today
I had one can! The just as i finished, the Red bull car pulled up.
Melvin and i started waving to the girls to get their attention!
Another can wouldn't hurt! We need the brain juice!
So down another can! So tempted for another...
But we're almost at our daily quota already (3 cans per day only)
All that juice and i was ready to go!

ICP was ok too
Just glad that the questions looked familiar
(in other words, i kindda understood what they are asking for)
The first question was something i thought i was prepared for... But i just draw a total blank!
Thank goodness there was others that i could do too.
Wrote till my hands ache....
Manage to complete my paper...

I'm just really praying and hoping that today went well.
I seriously just wanna pass (at least for ME)
The papers were do-able
I just hope i did enough.

Surprisingly, the feel after walking outta the hall was one of relieve
Really really relieve that today is over.
